Youth Services Program Manager The Youth Services Program Manager will be responsible for training and management of adult and youth volunteers providing support groups, community education, advocacy, and social and recreational services to lesbian, gay, and bisexual youth. Candidate should have considerable experience working with young people and in volunteer management. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are required. The ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision is a must. Computer literacy will be a plus. This is a salaried, 25 hour a week position involving a great deal of weekend and work. The salary is $13,650 per year. Person filling this job will work closely with community organizations serving youth, the Center's Hotline Program and Speaker's Bureau volunteers and staff.
